The Rita VanVolkenberg postings on Apr, 22 - 24, 2012 called "Cannibal Serial Killer Luka Magnotta" uploaded one month before the murder

Even though this is mentioned in the Timeline, I want to have it tagged in the blog. Luka Rocco Magnotta uploaded these videos 1 month before the murder. First on April 22, 2012 HERE and then two days later he uploaded the english version.



 Though they seem to show nothing alarming, the really chilling part is the music ... they contain the exact same music as the murder video.

Luka Rocco Magnotta is still on Facebook, Twitter, and Flickr How is that even possible?

Seeing as Luka will probably be out of the news for a while (unless something big breaks with this case). I wanted to put some Links up that lead to Luka's Facebook, his Twitter and his Flickr accounts. Are they still up because of "the innocent until proven guilty theory" or is there some other reason they have not been disabled?



Are the Police hoping for someone other than Luka to log into those accounts? Also note that in the pictures posted to his Flickr account, some of the pictures match...

Luka Magnotta appears himself in court amid high security and requests trial by Judge and Jury

Luka Rocco Magnotta appeared HERE at court today in person for the first time since arriving from Germany. He was accompanied by his new Lawyer Luc Leclair who did not request a psychiatric evaluation for his client. The judge imposed a publication ban on releasing information about Luka's medication. In pre-trial meetings they agreed to set a preliminary hearing date of March 11, 2013.

Now when I heard about the May 15 - 16 postings by Luka Rocco Magnotta talking about the murder video 10 days before it actually happened, that is when I really started to look into this (while he was still an international fugitive). I then decided to write down the story as it unfolds in this blog. This brings me to the online thread Luka Magnotta started HERE on Wed. May 16, 2012 at 1 am. Luka is posting as "anonymousgirl4" about the new upcoming "1 Lunatic 1 Ice Pick" video ... the kicker...

Luka Rocco Magnotta also posts another question to Yahoo HERE, Does anybody know where I can watch the "1 Lunatic 1 Ice Pick" video? Also note the misspelling of San Fransisco again.

Luka's defence Pierre Panaccio known for 2004 case involving Hells Angels - Toronto lawyer Luc Leclair will lead the case

I am a bit suprised Panaccio took this case. I figured it would be a lesser known defense team. Pierre Panaccio is well known for his work defending organized crime figures. He was involved in the 2004 year-long mega trial of members of the Hells Angels. HERE.



Well now that Luc Leclair is leading Magnotta's defense, the question arises why they did not request a psychiatric evaluation for Luka ... the answer to that could lie HERE.

Luka Magnotta pleads "Not Guilty" - police video

June 19, 2012
Today at 2pm Luka Rocco Magnotta pled not guilty HERE via video streamed in a Montreal courtroom. His hearing only lasted around 10 minutes long. Magnotta is faced with 5 charges including first-degree murder, committing an indignity to a human body, posting obscene material, mailing obscene material and criminally harassing Stephen Harper and other members of Parliament.

While looking into Luka's user name cutelittlenemo1 ... (he usually uses it with the alias Vladimir Romanov), I found this chilling post HERE where Luka posts to a forum called Chris's Crime Forum on Friday Aug. 12, 2011 

"Its alarming how many psychopaths are walking among us". 

He is responding to a forum about missing person Brandy Nicole Wilson. 

What I also find interesting is that someone (maybe Luka himself) responded to this chilling post the day before he was arrested in Berlin....
